优化护理告知流程用于麻醉后监测治疗室患者效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优化护理告知流程用于麻醉后监测治疗室(PACU)患者的效果。方法选取医院2021年1月至2022年9月收治的PACU患者106例,按双色球法分为观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组患者采用常规护理流程,观察组患者采用优化护理告知流程。结果护理后,观察组的护理服务质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),护理时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),患者知识掌握率、护理满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优化护理告知流程用于PACU患者,可提升护理服务质量,缩短患者停留时间,提高患者知识掌握率及护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of the optimized nursing notification process for patients in postanesthesia care unit(PACU).Methods A total of 106 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the bicolor sphere method,with 53 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine care process,the patients in the observation group were given the optimized nursing notification process.Results After the nursing,the nursing service quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the nursing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients'knowledge mastery rate and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the optimized nursing notification process for PACU patients,which can improve the quality of nursing services,shorten the patient stay time,improve knowledge mastery rate and nursing satisfaction.
