聚焦护理用于CT引导经皮穿刺肺部活检价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦护理在电子计算机断层扫描(CT)引导经皮穿刺肺部活检中的应用价值。方法选取医院检验科2021年2月至2023年1月收治的行CT引导经皮穿刺肺部活检患者200例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予聚焦护理,比较两组患者的检查配合度、活检一次穿刺成功率、临床护理质量评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的检查配合度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的91.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的一次穿刺成功率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的95.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的专业技能、服务意识、安全防护、护理管理等临床护理质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率为2.00%,显著低于对照组的9.00%(P<0.05)。结论聚焦护理用于CT引导经皮穿刺肺部活检的效果良好,能提高患者的一次穿刺成功率、检查配合度和临床护理质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the application value of focused nursing in computed tomography(CT)-guided percutaneous aspiration biopsy of lung.Methods A total of 200 patients underwent CT-guided percutaneous aspiration biopsy of lung admitted to the hospital's laboratory from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given focused nursing.The examination compatibility,success rate of one biopsy puncture,clinical nursing quality score,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The examination compatibility in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 91.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one puncture in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 95.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical nursing quality scores of professional skills,service awareness,safety protection,and nursing management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 9.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused nursing is effective in the CT-guided percutaneous aspiration biopsy of lung,which can improve the success rate of one puncture,examination compatibility,and clinical nursing quality of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
