摘 要:R513A是第4代新型环保制冷剂,在制冷空调等方面有着广阔的应用前景。为研究R513A在水平管内的冷凝换热特性,搭建一套冷凝/蒸发一体式水平单管换热实验台。实验工况:冷凝温度分别为33、35、38、40℃,质量流速为50—225 kg/(m^(2)·s)。研究变质量流速、变冷凝温度等对管内冷凝换热特性和流动压降的影响,并与工质R32和R134a对比。研究结果表明:R513A冷凝换热系数和压降均随质量流速的增加而增加,随冷凝温度的增大而减小;R32冷凝换热性能要优于R513A与R134a,而R134a的冷凝换热系数比R513A高19.7%,但其压降要比R513A高49.2%,综合考虑,R513A可用于R134a的替代。最后,将实验值与关联式预测值进行对比,显示Dobson和Chato、Cavallini等关联式的换热系数预测效果较好,其平均绝对误差为13.2%和13.62%。R513A is the fourth-generation new environmentally friendly refrigerant,which has wide application prospects in refrigeration and air conditioning.In order to study the condensation heat transfer characteristics of R513A in horizontal tubes,a set of experimental device was set up for condensing/evaporating integrated heat transfer in horizontal single tube.The condensation tests were conducted at condensation temperature of 33,35,38,40℃,refrigerant mass flux range 50-225 kg/(m^(2)·s).The condensation heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of R513A were studied in double tubes with variable mass fluxes and condensation temperatures.Then the results were compared with the condensation heat transfer coefficients and pressure drops of R32 and R134a.The experimental results show that the condensation heat transfer coefficients and pressure drops of R513A increase with the increase of mass flux,but decrease with the increase of condensation temperature.The condensation heat transfer performance of R32 is better than that of R513A and R134a,and the condensation heat transfer coefficient of R134a is 19.7%higher than that of R513A.But the pressure drop of R134a is 49.2%higher than that of R513A.Overall,R513A could be proposed as alternative to R134a.Finally,experimental data were also compared with several correlations proposed for smooth and micro-fin tube.The correlations from Dobson and Chato,and Cavallini et al have a better prediction accuracy and the mean absolute deviations are about 13.2%and 13.62%,respectively.
