摘　　要：目的 评价音乐疗法对炎症性肠病(IBD)患者负性情绪干预效果、肠道功能的影响。方法 计算机检索维普、中国知网、万方数据、CBM、Web of Science、PubMed、 Embase、The Cochrane Library、CINAHL等9个中外文数据库。检索时限从建库日起至2023年1月23日。两位研究人员根据纳入和排除标准,完成文献搜索、筛选、数据提取和质量评估,最终使用RevMan5.4.1软件进行了Meta分析。结果 经过对纳入的12项随机对照试验(RCT)文献进行评估(涉及900例患者),结果显示音乐疗法可以显著改善患者的焦虑水平[SMD=-1.68,95%CI(-2.35,-1.00),P<0.000 01]和抑郁水平[SMD=-4.74,95%CI(-6.20,-3.29),P<0.000 01];音乐疗法可以显著改善溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的肠道功能[MD=-2.39,95%CI(-2.57,2.20),P<0.000 01]。结论 音乐疗法可以缓解IBD患者的负性情绪,改善患者的肠道功能和症状,对IBD患者治疗起积极作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of music therapy on negative emotions and intestinal function in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Methods Nine Chinese and foreign databases,such as VIP、CNKI、Wan Fang Data、CBM、Web of Science、PubMed、 Embase、The Cochrane Library、CINAHL were searched by computer,the retrieval time limit was from the date of database establishment to January 23,2023.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two researchers completed literature search,screening,deta extraction and quality evaluation,and finally conducted a Meta-analysis using RevMan5.4.1 software.Results After the evaluation,12 RCT studies including 900 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that music therapy significantly improved anxiety level [SMD=-1.88,95% CI(-2.71,-1.05),P<0.000 01] and depression level [SMD=-4.74,95% CI(-6.20,-3.29),P<0.000 01].Music therapy can significantly improve the intestinal function of UC patients [MD=-2.39,95% CI(-2.57,2.20),P<0.000 01].Conclusions Music therapy plays an positive role in the treatment of patients with IBD,which can relieve anxiety and depression and improve intestinal function and symptoms of patients with IBD.
