摘  要:针对铝合金磁流变抛光过程中出现的磨粒分布不均,提出基于二氧化硅包覆四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2))壳核结构磁性复合磨粒的化学辅助磁流变抛光工艺。用溶胶-凝胶法制备Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)磁性复合磨粒,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线电子能谱仪(EDS)及振动样品磁强计(VSM)对其进行表征。进行6061铝合金平面材料的单因素抛光试验,研究主轴转速、抛光间隙、进给速度及抛光时间等对表面质量的影响。结果表明:主轴转速为600 r/min、抛光间隙为3 mm、进给速度为80 mm/min、抛光时间为40 min是最优参数组,在此参数下抛光6061铝合金,获得了Ra=0.02μm的超光整表面。对比同参数下传统磁流变抛光后的铝合金表面,因磨粒分布不均导致的表面细小划痕得到改善。Aiming at the uneven distribution of abrasive particles in magnetorheological polishing of Al alloy,a chemical assisted magnetorheological polishing process based on magnetic composite abrasive particles of ferric oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2))with shell and core structure coated with silica was proposed.Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2) magnetic composite abrasive particles were prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray electron energy spectrometry(EDS)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The single factor polishing test of 6061 Al alloy plane material was carried out,the effects of spindle speed,polishing clearance,feed speed and polishing time on surface quality of 6061 Al alloy were studied.The results show that the optimal parameters are the spindle speed of 600 r/min,polishing clearance of 3 mm,feed speed of 80 mm/min and polishing time of 40 min.Under these parameters,the superfinish surface of 6061 Al alloy is obtained with Ra=0.020μm.Compared with the traditional magnetorheological polishing Al alloy surface with the same parameters,the surface scratches caused by the uneven distribution of abrasive particles are improved to some extent.
