摘 要:针对国产ER5356铝合金焊丝,用熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG)制备ER5356铝合金焊丝熔敷金属,研究Mg含量对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明:熔敷金属主要由α(Al)基体相和少量β(Al_(3)Mg_(2))相组成;熔敷金属层内中心部位以尺寸较小的树枝晶组织为主,近界面处以柱状晶为主,界面区以细小的等轴晶为主;熔敷金属顶部区域为发达的树枝晶结构,Mg出现了晶内偏析,随Mg含量升高,偏析加剧;随焊丝中Mg含量的增高,熔敷金属的抗拉强度和屈服强度提高,而伸长率先增后减,Mg的质量分数为4.49%的熔敷金属综合性能最佳,抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为277.7 MPa、131.3 MPa、34.2%。Aim at domestic ER5356 Al alloy welding wire,the weld metal of ER5356 Al alloy wire was prepared by MIG,the effect of Mg content on its microstructure and properties was studied.The results show that the weld metal is mainly composed ofα(Al)matrix phase and a small amount ofβ(Al_(3)Mg_(2))phase.The central part of the weld metal layer is dominated by small dendrite structure,the near interface is dominated by columnar crystal,and the interface area is dominated by fine equiaxed crystal.The top region of the weld metal is a well-developed dendritic structure,and Mg appears intracrystalline segregation in this region,and Segregation intensifies with the increase of Mg content.With the increase of Mg content in the welding wire,the tensile strength and yield strength of the weld metal increases,while the elongation increases first and then decreases.The composite properties of the weld metal with mass fraction 4.49%Mg are the best,and the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation are 277.7 MPa,131.3 MPa and 34.2%,respectively.
