摘  要:结合VISAR测试技术,进行平板撞击试验,得到G50和30CrMnSiNi2A钢试件的自由面速度-时间曲线,分析材料的层裂强度、层裂片厚度及各自的应变率;用LS-DYNA结合Johnson-Cook本构模型和最大拉应力断裂准则,数值模拟了平板撞击层裂现象。结果表明:G50钢抵抗冲击的能力优于30CrMnSiNi2A钢;层裂强度和弹性屈服极限随应变率增加而增加;最大拉应力断裂准则较好地描述了这两种材料的层裂现象;数值模拟结果与试验结果较吻合,验证了模型的可靠性。The free surface velocity-time curves of G50 and 30CrMnSiNi2A steel specimens were obtained by plate impact tests combined with VISAR testing technology,and the spall strength,spall thickness and strain rates of the materials were analyzed;The spallation phenomenon of plate impact was numerically simulated by using LS-DYNA combined with Johnson-Cook constitutive model and the maximum tensile stress fracture criterion.The results show that the impact resistance of G50 steel is better than that of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel.The spall strength and elastic yield limit increase with the strain rate rising.The maximum tensile stress fracture criterion could preferably describe the spallation phenomenon of these two materials.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which verifies the reliability of the model.
