青黛散联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗难辨认癣的总有效率、真菌清除率和不良反应发生率

摘　　要：目的探析青黛散联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗难辨认癣的总有效率、真菌清除率和不良反应发生率。方法便利选取2021年5月—2023年2月于厦门市中医院就诊的50例难辨认癣患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为两组,每组25例。参照组采用伊曲康唑胶囊治疗,研究组在参照组基础上给予青黛散治疗。对比两组治疗效果、真菌清除率、不良反应发生率及炎症因子水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于参照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05)。研究组真菌总清除率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组炎症因子水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对难辨癣患者给予青黛散联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗可有效提升治疗效果,提高真菌清除率,降低炎性反应,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the total effective rate,fungal clearance rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of difficult-to-identify ringworm with Qingdaisan combined with itraconazole capsule.Methods 50 patients with difficult-to-identify ringworm who attended Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to February 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into two groups of 25 cases each by randomized numerical method.The reference group was treated with itraconazole capsule,and the study group was treated with Qingdaisan on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effect,fungal clearance rate,incidence of adverse reactions and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,higher than that of the reference group(68.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05).The total fungal clearance rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving Qingdaisan combined with itraconazole capsule to patients with difficult-to-identify ringworm can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,improve the rate of fungal clearance,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
