小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究硬核白内障患者进行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的治疗效果以及应用价值。方法随机选择2021年1月—2023年1月临沂市人民医院收治的80例硬核白内障患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为研究组与参照组,每组40例。参照组给予常规超声乳化白内障手术,研究组给予小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗,比较两组硬核白内障患者的眼部指标、临床疗效与并发症发生率。结果研究组眼部指标视力水平(0.46±0.11)优于对照组(0.32±0.10),差异有统计学意义(t=5.956,P<0.05)。研究组硬核白内障患者临床疗效(100.00%)明显高于参照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.117,P<0.05)。研究组硬核白内障患者并发症发生率(2.50%)明显低于参照组(15.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05)。结论硬核白内障患者采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗干预能够明显提高硬核白内障患者的临床疗效,恢复眼部指标,降低并发症发生率。Objective To study the treatment effect and application value of small-incision non-ultrasound cataract surgery for patients with hard-core cataract.Methods 80 patients with hard-core cataract admitted to Linyi People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group and reference group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery,and the study group received small-incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery.The ocular indexes,clinical efficacy,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The visual acuity of the study group(0.46±0.11)was better than that of the control group(0.32±0.10),and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.956,P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of sclerotic cataract patients in the study group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.117,P<0.05).The complication rate of patients with hardcore cataract in the study group was 2.50%significantly lower than that in the reference group,15.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05).Conclusion Small-incision non-ultrasound emulsification cataract surgery in patients with hard-core cataracts can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with hard core cataracts,restore ocular indexes,and reduce the incidence of complications.
