摘　　要：目的探讨分析重症肺炎护理中采用综合护理干预的应用价值。方法简单随机选择2022年3月—2023年3月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院接诊的60例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,按照随机编号分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组应用综合护理干预,对比两组患者的生活质量水平和护理满意度。结果研究组在躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能方面的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。结论借助综合护理干预能够提高其生活质量水平,改善护患关系并获得较高护理满意度。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the care of severe pneumonia.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,60 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were grouped into control group and research group,according to random number,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the study group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The research group scored higher than the control group in terms of physical function,emotional function,role function,and social function,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the research group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life,improve the nurse�patient relationship and obtain high nursing satisfaction.
