白细胞计数、细菌计数在尿路感染患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨尿常规检验对尿路感染的临床诊断价值。方法选取2020年9月—2023年9月哈密市中心医院收治的70例尿路感染患者作为观察组。另选取本院同期70例接受健康体检人群作为对照组。两组均接受尿常规检验,比较两组研究对象临床相关指标、白细胞计数和细菌计数。结果观察组白细胞计数(31.26±2.69)个/μl、细菌计数(4005.39±123.75)个/μl均高于对照组的白细胞计数(15.42±2.32)个/μL、细菌计数(2324.74±88.47)个/μl,差异有统计学意义(t=37.308,92.435,P均<0.05);观察组不同感染类型的细菌计数、白细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论尿常规检验在尿路感染诊断中发挥着重要的作用,通过对尿液外观、比重、酸碱度和尿液沉渣的观察和分析,可以辅助初步筛查尿路感染,判断病情的严重程度,并在治疗过程中进行动态监测。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of routine urine test for urinary tract infection.Meth⁃ods A total of 70 patients with urinary tract infection admitted to Hami Center Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the observation group.In addition,70 healthy people who received physical examination in the same period were selected as control group.Both groups underwent urine routine examination,and the clinical relevant indicators,white blood cell count and bacteria count were compared between the two groups.Results The white blood cell count(31.26±2.69)/μl and the bacteria count(4005.39±123.75)/μl in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(15.42±2.32)/μl and the bacteria count(2324.74±88.47)/μl,and the differences were statistically significant(t=37.308,92.435,both P<0.05).There were no significant differences in bacterial count and white blood cell count among different infection types in observation group(both P>0.05).Conclusion Routine urine test plays an important role in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.Through the observation and analysis of urine appearance,specific gravity,acidity and alkalinity and urine sediment,it can assist in the initial screening of urinary tract infection,determine the severity of the condition,and carry out dynamic monitoring in the course of treatment.
