尿液干化学联合尿沉渣镜检测白细胞在尿路感染患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究尿液干化学联合尿沉渣镜检测白细胞在尿路感染患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月麻城市人民医院收治的102例疑似尿路感染患者为研究对象,采用尿液干化学及尿沉渣镜检测法对所有患者进行白细胞检验,对比单独尿液干化学检测、单独尿沉渣镜检测及两种方法联合检测检验出尿路感染患者白细胞阳性的结果。以细菌培养检查法作为金标准,分析单独尿液干化学检测、单独尿沉渣镜检测及两种方法联合检测对尿路感染患者白细胞检验的诊断效能。结果尿液干化学、尿沉渣镜检及联合检测的阳性检出率分别为44.12%、43.14%、48.04%。对尿路感染患者白细胞检验的敏感度分别为80.00%、72.00%、90.00%,特异度分别为90.38%、84.62%、92.31%。尿液干化学和尿沉渣镜联合检测对尿路感染患者白细胞检验的敏感度和特异度均高于单独检测。结论尿路感染患者在白细胞检验方面使用尿液干化学和尿沉渣镜进行检测均具有较高的价值,且联合检测的诊断效能更优,为临床重要疾病的诊断和治疗提供有效参考。Objective To investigate the application value of urine dry chemistry combined with urine sedimentoscopy to detect leukocytes in patients with urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 102 patients with suspected urinary tract infection admitted to Macheng People′s Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.White blood cells were detected in all patients by urine dry chemical test and urine sludge scopy test.The positive results of white blood cells in patients with urinary tract infection were compared between urine dry chemical test alone,urine sludge scopy alone and the combined detection of the two methods.The of bacterial culture test was used as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficacy of urine dry chemical test alone,urine sediment scopy test alone and the combined detection of the two methods were analyzed for white blood cell test in patients with urinary tract infection.Results The positive detection rates of urine dry chemistry,urine sediment microscopy and combined testing were 44.12%,43.14%and 48.04%,respectively.The sensitivity for leukocyte testing in patients with urinary tract infection were 80.00%,72.00%,90.00%and the specificity were 90.38%,84.62%,92.31%,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of leukocyte test in patients with urinary tract infection by combined urine dry chemistry and urine sedimentoscopy were higher than those of the test alone.Conclusion The use of urine dry chemistry and urine sedimentoscopy for leukocyte testing in patients with urinary tract infection is of high value,and the diagnostic efficacy of the combined test is better,providing an effective reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinically important diseases.
