摘　　要：寻常型银屑病是发生在皮肤的免疫性炎症疾病,具有慢性、复发性的特点,静止期的西医常规治疗疗效不理想,瘙痒、皮损症状都可影响患者的身心健康、生活质量,造成的心理压力也可诱发病情反复形成恶性循环。多篇临床研究报告显示各类中医外治法对静止期寻常型银屑病具一定疗效,因此阅读整理相关文献以供临床应用参考。Ordinary psoriasis is an immune inflammatory disease that occurs in the skin,characterized by chronicity and recurrence,and the static period of conventional Western medical treatment is not ideal,itching,skin lesions can affect the physical and mental health of patients,quality of life,and the psychological pressure caused by the disease can be induced by the recurrence of the formation of a vicious circle.A number of clinical research reports show that various types of traditional Chinese medicine external treatments have certain efficacy on quiescent psoriasis,so we read and organize the relevant literature for clinical application reference.
