阴道镜下宫颈多点活检联合宫颈管搔刮术诊断宫颈病变的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈病变中,阴道镜下宫颈多点活检联合宫颈管搔刮术的应用价值.方法选取2022年1月-2023年1月期间深圳市宝安区中心医院接收的60例疑似宫颈病变者作为研究对象.入选患者均接受阴道镜下宫颈多点活检及宫颈管搔刮术(ECC),对其诊断结果予以分析、对比.结果多点活检联合ECC检查的阳性检出率为90.0%(54/60),高于多点活检的86.7%(52/60)(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05);多点活检联合ECC检查的灵敏度高于多点活检诊断(P<0.05);多点活检联合ECC检查中关于CIN与宫颈癌检测结果和病理诊断比较,无显著差异(P>0.05).结论对于宫颈病变的诊断,阴道镜下多点活检联合ECC可获得较好的应用效果,诊断符合率与疾病检出率均可同步提高,利于疾病确诊.Objective Exploring the application value of cervical multi-point biopsy combined with cervical scraping under colposcopy in cervical lesions.Method Sixty patients with suspected cervical lesions admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All selected patients underwent cervical multi-point biopsy and cervical canal scraping(ECC)under colposcopy,and their diagnostic results were analyzed and compared.Result The positive detection rate of multi-point biopsy combined with ECC examination was 90.0%(54/60),which was higher than 86.7%(52/60)of multi-point biopsy(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05);the sensitivity of multi-point biopsy combined with ECC examination is higher than that of multi-point biopsy diagnosis(P<0.05);there was no difference between the results of CIN and cervical cancer detection and pathological diagnosis in the combination of multi-point biopsy and ECC examination(P>0.05).Conclusion For the diagnosis of cervical lesions,the combination of multi-point biopsy under colposcopy and ECC can achieve good application results,and the diagnostic accuracy and disease detection rate can be simultaneously improved,which is conducive to disease diagnosis.
