头部震动法联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究头部震动法联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床效果.方法选取赣州市南康区中医院神经内科收治的62例半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者作为研究对象,按照数字表法将其随机分为对照组(31例)与观察组(31例),对照组患者给予甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,观察组患者则采用甲磺酸倍他司汀片联合头部震动法治疗,对比两组治疗后临床疗效水平;对比两组治疗前后躯体、情绪、功能评分以及BBS与VSI评分.结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,组间比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05).治疗前两组躯体、情绪及功能评分比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组躯体、情绪及功能水平均优于对照组,组间比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05).治疗前两组BBS与VSI评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组BBS与VSI评分均优于对照组,组间比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者采用头部震动法联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗的效果显著,可有效缓解患者眩晕程度,促进病情转归,具有较高临床应用价值.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of head vibration combined with betalastine in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in the posterior semicircular canal.Methods A total of 62 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo of the semicircular canal admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital were randomly divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(31 cases)according to the numerical table method,and the patients in the control group were treated with betahistine hydrochloride tablets and the patients in the observation group were treated with betahistine hydrochloride tablets combined with head vibration to compare the clinical efficacy levels of the two groups after treatment.The physical,emotional,functional scores and BBS and VSI scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a difference between the groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in physical,emotional and functional scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the physical,emotional and functional levels of the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between BBS and VSI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the BBS and VSI scores in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo with posterior semicircular canal,the treatment effect of head vibration combined with betataxine has a significant effect,which can effectively alleviate the degree of vertigo and promote the prognosis,which has high clinical application value.
