臭氧联合神经妥乐平对肩周炎患者的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的比较臭氧联合神经妥乐平局部注射与单独使用神经妥乐平局部注射治疗肩周炎的应用效果.方法选取天津市武清区人民医院收治的84例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为研究组和参考组,每组各42例,参考组患者采用神经妥乐平局部注射治疗,研究组患者采用臭氧联合神经妥乐平局部注射治疗,对比两组患者治疗前、治疗1周、治疗4周的VAS、Constant-Murley评分、生命质量(PCS、MCS)评分以及总有效率对比情况.结果在VAS、Constant-Murley评分对比方面,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前、治疗1周、治疗4周3个时间点组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间·时间点交互作用差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在生命质量评分(PCS、MCS)对比方面,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前、治疗1周、治疗4周3个时间点组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间·时间点的交互作用差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗总有效率对比方面,治疗4周后,研究组患者肩关节改善总有效率为95.24%,高于参考组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论臭氧联合神经妥乐平局部注射治疗肩周炎,能够缓解病症疼痛状况,改善生命质量,肩关节恢复良好.Objective To compare the efficacy of ozone combined with local injection of neurotropin and the use of neurotropin alone in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method We selected 84 patients with scapulohumeral periodontitis in our hospital as the research subjects,which is randomly divided into a study group and a reference group,with 42 patients in each group.The reference group received local injection of neurotropin,while the study group received local injection of ozone combined with neurotropin.The visual analogue score(VAS),Constant-Murley score,and Comparison of the quality of life treatment scores(PCS,MCS)and total effective rate.Result In terms of VAS and Constant-Murley score comparison,the groups differences were significant(P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences between the groups at three time points before treatment,1 week of treatment,and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the differences in interaction between groups and time points were also statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of comparing the quality of life treatment scores(PCS,MCS),groups differences were significant(P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences between the groups at three time points before treatment,1 week of treatment,and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),but the differences in interaction between groups and time points were not statistically significant(P>0.05);in terms of comparing the total effective rate of treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of shoulder joint improvement in the study group patients was 95.24%,higher than that in the reference group 73.81%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ozone and local injection of neurotropin in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can alleviate the symptoms and pain,improve quality of life,and achieve good recovery of the shoulder joint.
