双链互动管理干预策略对行PICC化疗NHL患者ESCA评分、并发症风险及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)化疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者中实施双链互动管理干预策略对其自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度的影响.方法选取2021年6月-2023年6月绵阳市中心医院血液内科收治的102例行PICC化疗NHL患者,采用随机信封法分为对照组与互动组,每组各51例.对照组实施常规护理干预,互动组在对照组基础上实施双链互动管理干预策略,比较两组自护能力[采用ESCA评分予以评价]、并发症风险及护理满意度.结果干预后,两组ESCA各维度评分均高于入院当天,且互动组ESCA各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).干预第21天,互动组并发症发生率(3.92%)明显低于对照组并发症发生率(19.61%)(P<0.05).干预后,互动组护理满意度(98.04%)明显高于对照组护理满意度(82.35%)(P<0.05).结论实施双链互动管理干预策略可有效提高行PICC化疗NHL患者自护能力,减少并发症发生风险,提升护理满意度,值得借鉴.Objective To investigate the effects of the double-chain interactive management intervention strategy on self-care Ability Scale(ESCA)scores,complication rate and nursing satisfaction in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL)treated with central venous catheter(PICC)implantation through peripheral vein.Methods 102 patients with PICC chemotherapy NHL admitted to the Hematology Department of Mianyang Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and interactive group with 51 cases in each group by random envelope method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the interactive group received double-chain interactive management intervention strategy based on the control group.Self-care ability[evaluated by ESCA score],complication risk and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,ESCA scores of both groups were higher than those of the day of admission,and ESCA scores of the interactive group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).On the 21d of intervention,the complication rate of the interactive group(3.92%)was lower than that of the control group(19.61%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the interactive group(98.04%)was higher than that of the control group(82.35%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of double-chain interactive management intervention strategy can effectively improve the self-care ability of NHL patients receiving PICC chemotherapy,reduce the risk of complications,and enhance nursing satisfaction,which is worth learning.
