补中益气汤合七味都气丸联合穴位贴敷治疗脾肾两虚型哮喘缓解期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探析补中益气汤合七味都气丸联合穴位贴敷治疗脾肾两虚型哮喘缓解期的疗效.方法择取2022年1月-2023年7月收治的脾肾两虚型哮喘缓解期患者80例,随机分为两组,即观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组口服补中益气汤合七味都气丸、配合穴位贴敷治疗;比较两组临床疗效、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、肺活量(FVC)以及FEV_(1)/FVC]、中医证候积分、哮喘控制情况.结果治疗8周,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周,两组FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC指标均较治疗前提升,且观察组各指标水平变化更显著(P<0.05);治疗8周,两组气促、胸闷症状中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);观察组哮喘控制情况优于对照组(P<0.05).结论补中益气汤合七味都气丸联合穴位贴敷治疗脾肾两虚型哮喘缓解期的疗效显著,可改善患者肺功能,调节临床症状,利于病情控制.Objective To explore the curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Qiweiduqi Pill combined with acupoint application in the treatment of spleen-kidney deficiency type asthma.Methods A total of 80 cases of spleen-kidney deficiency asthma in remission stage treated from January 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with oral Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Qiweiduqi Pill and acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,lung function[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),vital capacity(FVC)and FEV_(1)/FVC],TCM syndrome score and asthma control were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the indexes of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the changes of the indexes in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of two groups shortness of breath and chest tightness were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group had lower scores(P<0.05).The asthma control of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Qiweiduqi Pill combined with acupoint application can improve lung function,regulate clinical symptoms,and help to control the disease.
