摘 要:利用溶胶-凝胶(SG)技术制备氧化石墨烯增强的海藻酸钠-金刚石膜片。采用光学显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对膜片进行了研究,通过电子万能试验机对膜片的机械强度进行了测量,并分析了膜片拉伸样条的断口形貌。结果表明,金刚石粉末、海藻酸钠和氧化石墨烯能够混合在一起;当氧化石墨烯的浓度为0.05wt.%时,加入氧化石墨烯的海藻酸钠-金刚石膜片的拉伸强度比纯海藻酸钠-金刚石膜片提高了63.13%;对于未加入石墨烯的膜片断口出现毛糙分层现象,而加入石墨烯的膜片断口呈现较为整齐的断面。In this paper,a sol-gel(SG)technology was used to prepare a sodium alginate-diamond film,and graphene oxide was used to enhance the mechanical strength of the film.The film was studied using an optical microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),etc.The mechanical strength of the film was measured using an electronic universal testing machine,and the fracture morphology of the tensile spline of the film was analyzed.The results show that diamond powder,sodium alginate,and graphene oxide can be uniformly mixed.When the concentration of graphene oxide is 0.05wt.%,the tensile strength of sodium alginate-diamond film with graphene oxide is 63.13%higher than that of the pure sodium alginate-diamond film.At the end of the tensile spline without graphene,there is a rough layering phenomenon,while the fracture of the film with graphene shows a more orderly pattern.
