摘　　要：1963年1月2日,上海市第六人民医院陈中伟、鲍约瑟和钱允庆用血管套接法成功实施世界首例完全离断前臂断肢再植,随访7个月获得良好功能,患者已能用伤肢举杯饮水、持重6 kg、写字和打乒乓球。1963年9月在罗马召开的第20届国际外科会议上首次报告(崔之义代表发言),1963年10月中华医学会主办的Chinese Medical Journal等3本杂志同时中、英文报道了陈中伟团队的创新工作,这是国际科技期刊首次报道人类完全性离断肢体再植手术成功(图1)[1]。On 2nd January,1963,Chen Zhongwei together with Bao Yuese and Qian Yunqing from the Sixth People's Hospital of Shanghai,successfully replanted a completely severed forearm using vascular coupling over a segment of polyethylene tubing for the first time in theworld.At 7 months after the surgery,the patient had made an excellent recovery.
