摘  要:渤海油田注聚井在长期注入过程中,普遍出现注入压力高、无法满足配注要求的问题。经分析,注聚过程中聚合物与粘土矿物、机械杂质、无机垢以及铁腐蚀产物等物质相互包裹形成的复合垢堵塞是造成压力上升的主要原因。采用注聚井复合解堵技术解决上述问题,解堵体系为SY-C单步法酸液体系和YH-A微胶囊包裹氧化解聚体系,解堵工艺为酸液体系与氧化体系交替注入方式。复合解堵技术成功应用于渤海油田M井,解堵前注入压力为9.99MPa,注入量为510.4m^(3)/d;解堵后注入压力为8.33MPa,注入量为815.4m^(3)/d,效果显著。In the long-term injection process of polymer injection wells in Bohai oilfield,the problem of high injection pressure can not meet the requirements of injection.According to the analysis,the main reason for the pressure rise was the complex scale blockage formed by the intercoating of polymer with clay minerals,mechanical impurities,inorganic scale and iron corrosion products during the process of polymer injection.The plugging system consists of SY-C single-step acid system and YH-A microencapsulated oxygen polymerization system.The plugging process consists of alternating injection of acid system and oxidation system.The combined plugging removal technology has been successfully applied to well M in Bohai Oilfield.The injection pressure before plugging removal was 9.99MPa and the injection volume was 510.4m^(3)/d,and the injection pressure after plugging removal was 8.33MPa and the injection volume was 815.4m^(3)/d,and the effect was remarkable.
