摘  要:河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司尾气回收装置液氨精致单元冷冻结晶塔后路氨气带液,带液氨气进入压缩机后为了去除液体需要现场进行切液,人工切液容易发生氨气泄露事故,并且液体进入压缩机后会引起压缩机撞缸、气阀堵塞,影响压缩机使用寿命。通过对尾气回收装置冷冻结晶塔工艺进行优化研究及技术改造,解决了氨气带液问题。In order to remove the liquid,the liquid ammonia was cut off on the spot after the liquid ammonia was brought into the compressor by the back way of the freezing crystallization tower of the liquid ammonia refined unit of the tail gas recovery unit of Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd..Because it was manual cutting fluid easy to occur ammonia leakage accident,and liquid into the compressor will cause the compressor cylinder impact,valve plug,impact on compressor service life.The problem of liquid entrainment of ammonia gas was solved by optimizing and reforming the process of freezing crystallization tower of tail gas recovery unit.
