医典传承与文化交融——清代北京与蒙古地区藏文《四部医典》研究

摘　　要：清代在北京、内蒙古、喀尔喀蒙古等地相继问世的多种版本《四部医典》,充分表明藏医药学在青藏高原以外地区广泛传播的历史事实。辽宁阜新蒙医药研究所文献馆藏有18种清代木刻版藏文《四部医典》。这些不同版本按刊刻地可分为北京版、热河版、蒙古贞(土默特)版、喀尔喀蒙古版等;按刻印类型又可分为翻刻版和仿刻版。多种版本的藏文《四部医典》展现着藏医药学在各民族交往交流交融历史中的重要作用。梳理清代北京与蒙古地区多种版本的藏文《四部医典》,可为中国传统民族医学的文献学和民族学研究提供补充和贡献,同时也为更全面地理解中国传统医学的发展历程提供新的视角和线索。The multiple versions of the Four Medical Tantras published during the Qing Dynasty in Beijing,Inner Mongolia,and Khalkha Mongolia,among other places,fully demonstrate the widespread dissemination of Tibetan medicine beyond the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The Liaoning Fuxin Mongolian Medical Research Institute houses 18 versions of Qing Dynasty woodblock Four Medical Tantras.These different versions can be categorized according to the place of publication,such as the Beijing version,Rehe version,Mongolian Zhen(Tumed)version,Khalkha Mongolian version,etc.;according to the type of printing,they can be divided into reprinted version and imitation version.The various versions of the Tibetan Four Medical Tantras show the significant status and important role of Tibetan medicine in the history of interactions,exchanges,and integration among various ethnic groups.Sorting out the various versions of the Tibetan Four Medical Tantras in Bejing and Mongolian areas during the Qing Dynasty can supplement and contribute to the philological and ethnological study of traditional ethnic medicine of China,and also provide new perspectives and clues into the comprehensive understanding of the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
