政党整合与中国式现代化的耦合发展逻辑——以新中国成立以来政党整合模式变迁为中心的考察

摘　　要：对于任何国家的执政党而言,社会整合都是其推动现代化建设的重要方式之一。计划经济时代,中国共产党主要通过政党控制社会的方式发挥自身社会整合功能;改革开放后,为了进一步推进现代化建设,中国共产党在推进社会整合的过程中更为注重兼顾秩序与活力;中国特色社会主义进入新时代之后,中国现代化建设进入更高阶段,一些新的挑战也随之显现,为了应对这些挑战,中国共产党在保持既有社会整合框架稳定的前提下对具体的社会整合方式进行了相应调适。从历史发展过程来看,中国共产党的社会整合功能是随着现代化建设的需要而不断变化的,从计划经济时代到新时代表现出从政党控制到政党适应的演进规律。展望未来,中国共产党的社会整合功能将沿着政党适应的路线继续调整,也将在这种调整中表现出更强的灵活性和韧性。For the ruling par ty of any count ry,social integrat ion is one of the impor tant ways to promote modernization.In the era of planned economy,the CPC mainly performed its social integration function through party control of society.After the reform and opening up,in order to further promote modernization,the CPC began to focus on balancing order and dynamism in the process of promoting social integration.After socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,China's modernization entered a higher stage and some new challenges emerged,in order to cope with these challenges,the CPC has adjusted its specif ic ways of social integration while maintaining the stability of the existing social integration framework.From the perspective of historical development,the social integration function of the CPC is constantly evolving with the changing needs of modernization,from the era of planned economy to the new era,it shows the evolutionary law from party control to party adaptation.Looking forward to the future,the social integration function of the CPC will continue to adjust along the logic of party adaptation,and it will also show stronger f lexibility and resilience in this adjustment.
