摘　　要：民主集中制是马克思主义政党的根本组织原则。日共是一个具有百年悠久历史的老党和大党,目前是发达资本主义国家中最大的共产党和日本最大的左翼政党。日共认为,它能存续百年的一个重要原因,就是始终坚持民主集中制原则。坚持民主集中制原则历来是日共党内外理论斗争的焦点。日共认为,坚持民主集中制原则是其作为马克思主义政党的要求、是其肩负的历史使命使然、是其抗击反共势力的需要。日共坚持民主集中制原则的百年实践,大致可分为战前、战后初期、冷战时期、二十一世纪以来四个阶段,以制定和修订的《45年党章》《58年党章》《2000年党章》为标志,并相应呈现出“准备—提出—丰富—修改”的演变特点。日共坚持民主集中制原则的主要经验是日共百年不倒的“根本”,应以思想建设为先导、应以政治建设为基础、应以组织建设为重点。Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizing principle of Marxist political parties.The Communist Party of Japan is an old and large party with a century-long history,and is currently the largest Communist in the developed capitalist countries and the largest left-wing political party in Japan.The Party believes that an important reason for its survival for a hundred years is that it has always adhered to the principle of democratic centralism.Adhering to the principle of democratic centralism has always been the focus of theoretical struggle inside and outside the Party of Japan.The CPJ believes that adhering to the principle of democratic centralism is its requirement as a Marxist political party,the result of its historical mission,and the need for its fight against anti-communist forces.The 1oo-year practice of the Communist Party of Japan's adherence to the principle of democratic centralism can be roughly divided into four stages before the war,the early postwar period,the Cold War period,and the 2lst century,marked by the formulation and revision of the 45 Year Party Constitution,58 Year Party Constitution,and 2000 Party Constitution,and accordingly showed the evolution characteristics of"preparation-proposal-enrichment-revision".The Japanese Communist Party's adherence to the principle of democratic centralism is the"fundamental"of the Japanese Communist Party's century-long persistence adherence to democratic centralism.should be guided by ideological construction,should be based on political construction,should be focused on organizational construction.
