摘 要:设计了一种新型内啮合S型齿轮,并对其接触特性进行了深入分析.基于S型齿廓插刀和加工运动关系,推导了新型内啮合S型齿轮齿面方程,并对内啮合S型齿轮副进行了干涉检查.通过修形曲面与标准齿面叠加的方法构造修形齿面,在此基础上运用Matlab编程计算修形齿轮的三维网格节点坐标.利用轮齿接触分析(TCA)和承载轮齿接触分析(LTCA)研究内啮合S型齿轮在不同修形量和不同误差下的几何接触特性和加载接触特性,并给出了计算实例.结果表明:设计的新型内啮合S型齿轮不产生根切和干涉等,工作齿面接触良好,可以实现正确啮合传动;齿向修形后,内啮合S型齿轮齿面载荷分布得到改善,误差敏感性降低.The new internal S-gear and its contact characteristics were studied.Based on the S-shaped tooth profile cutter and relationship of machining motion,the teeth surface equations of the new internal S-gear were deduced,and the interference check of internal S-gear pair was derived.The modified tooth surface was constructed by superimposing the modified surface onto the standard tooth surface.On this basis,Matlab programming was used to calculate the coordinate of the three-dimensional grid node of the modified gear.The geometric contact characteristics and loaded contact characteristics of internal S-gear pair under different modifications and errors were studied by using tooth contact analysis(TCA)and loaded tooth contact analysis(LTCA).The calculation example was given,and the results show that the newly designed internal S-gear does not produce root cutting or interference,and the working teeth surface contact performance is good,and the correct meshing transmission can be achieved.After teeth surface modification,load distribution of internal S-gears teeth surface is improved effectively and its error sensitivity is reduced.
