摘 要:为了解决复合轮齿压缩机转子间泄漏严重和不光滑连接点多的问题,构建了全啮合型和销齿圆弧型复合轮齿转子,推导了其截面型线方程.采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了两种新型复合轮齿压缩机的性能,并与现有复合轮齿压缩机的性能进行对比.结果表明:两种新型复合轮齿转子比现有轮齿转子的不光滑连接点少;销齿圆弧型复合轮齿压缩机性能最优,且相比现有复合轮齿压缩机,销齿圆弧型压缩机的内容积比增加7.67%,相对余隙容积减小23.08%.With the aim for reducing unsmooth points and serious gas leakages between two composite gear rotors,two new types of fully meshing composite gear rotors and pin-tooth arc composite gear rotors were constructed,and equations of composite gear rotor profiles were deduced.The performance of the conventional and two novel composite gear compressors was analyzed by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.It is found that unsmooth points of two novel composite gear rotors are less than that of the conventional structure.The composite gear compressor with pin-tooth arc composite gear rotors exhibits superior performance.Compared with the conventional one,the internal volume ratio of the composite gear rotor with pin-tooth arc is increased by 7.67%,and the relative carryover of the composite gear rotor with pin-tooth arc is reduced by 23.08%.
