摘 要:为实现子母叶片泵全流场的精确建模,对其旋转流域进行等效简化,通过理论分析推导出简化后模型损失的流量计算公式,并采用减小母叶片工作域中叶片厚度的方法等效补偿.在PumpLinx?软件中创建子母叶片泵全流场的三维计算模型,并将实验数据作为仿真的边界条件,对比实验与等效补偿模型计算获得的子母叶片泵容积效率,最大差值仅为3.45%.在相同条件下,将无补偿模型和等效补偿模型在不同转速下的平均输出流量分别与实验和理论计算结果进行对比分析,结果表明:在600~1500 r/min范围内,等效补偿模型的平均流量与实验结果的最大差值为0.99 L/min,而无补偿模型的最大差值则达到3.34 L/min;仿真结果的损失流量占比在8.06%~8.19%范围内,与理论计算结果8.30%具有较高的一致性.To realize the precision modeling of the full flow field in intra-vane pump,the rotating volumes were equivalently simplified.The lost flow calculation formula of the simplified model was derived by theoretical analysis,and the method of reducing the thickness of the vane in the working domain of the main vane was used to compensate equivalently.The threedimensional calculation model of the internal flow field in intra-vane pump was created in PumpLinx®software.The experimental data were used as the boundary conditions of the simulation.The volumetric efficiency of the intra-vane pump obtained by the experiment and the equivalent compensation model was compared,and the maximum difference is only 3.45%.Under the same conditions,the average flow of the non-compensation model and the equivalent compensation model at different speeds were compared with the experimental and theoretical calculation results respectively.The results show that the maximum difference of average flow between the equivalent compensation model and the experimental results is 0.99 L/min in the range of 600-1500 r/min,while the non-compensation model reaches 3.34 L/min.The lost flow ratio of the simulation results is in the range of 8.06%-8.19%,which is highly consistent with the theoretical calculation result 8.30%.
