摘 要:小儿神经系统结构复杂,手术操作困难,对于专科医师能力要求高,相应的教学难度也较大。介绍了多模态影像融合及神经导航技术助力小儿神经外科医师的教学培训,通过多模态影像融合及神经导航技术为培训医师提供直观的三维结构图像,并在术前、术中辅助精确定位,有助于降低小儿神经外科医师的培训难度并提高培训的标准化水平,从多个方面提高低年资医师的专业能力,对小儿神经外科医师培训事业的发展产生积极影响。The structure of the pediatric nervous system is complex,and surgical operations are difficult.It requires high proficiency from specialized physicians,and the corresponding teaching difficulty is also significant.This study introduces multimodal image fusion and neuronavigation technology to assist in the teaching and training of pediatric neurosurgeons.Through multimodal image fusion and neuronavigation technology,it provides intuitive three-dimensional structural images for training physicians and assists in precise positioning before and during surgery.This helps to reduce the difficulty of training pediatric neurosurgeons and improve the standardization level of training,improve the professional abilities of young physicians from multiple aspects,and has a profound impact on the development of pediatric neurosurgeon training.
