摘  要:为探究亚胺化温度对聚酰亚胺(PI)纳米纤维性能的影响,将二胺单体4,4-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和二酐单体均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)溶于N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)中,配制不同质量分数的聚酰胺酸(PAA)溶液,通过静电纺丝制成PAA纳米纤维滤膜,随后经过不同温度亚胺化处理形成PI纳米纤维滤膜,研究滤膜的微观形态、过滤性能、透气性能和透湿性能等。结果表明:PAA溶液质量分数为30%时,其纳米纤维形态最好;亚胺化温度为200℃时,滤膜的过滤效率为95.86%,阻力压降为610.56 Pa,过滤性能平衡关系最好,此时最大强度为3.24MPa,透气率为98.19 mm/s;亚胺化温度为190℃时,水接触角为95.26°,润湿性能最好;透湿性能随着亚胺化温度的升高而降低。In order to explore the effect of amination temperature on the performance of polyimide(PI)nanofibers,diamine monomer 4,4-diamino diphenyl ether(ODA)and dianhydride monomer phenylanhydride(PMDA)are dissolved in N,N-dimethyl acetamide(DMAc),and it is prepared with different concentrations of polyamide acid(PAA)solution,and made into PAA nanofiber membrane by electrostatic spinning,then form PI nanofiber filter membrane by thermal amination treatment of different temperatures.We study the microscopic morphology,filtration performance,air permeability and moisture performance of the filter membrane.The results show that when the PAA concentration is 30%,the nanofiber form is best,when the amination temperature is 200℃,the filtration efficiency of the filter membrane is 95.86%,the resistance pressure drop is 610.56 Pa,the best filtration performance balance;the maximum strength is 3.24 MPa;the permeability rate is 98.19 mm/s;when the amination temperature is 190℃,the water contact angle is 95.26,the best wetting performance is approached;the moisture transmission performance decreases with the rising amination temperature.
