摘  要:为提升镜头图像边缘检测效果与自动化设备组装合格率,提出了基于自适应双边滤波Canny算子的检测方法。首先采用双边滤波处理图像强度并保存边缘信息,进行加权平均去除噪声,然后采用改进Canny算子检测图像中的边缘细节信息,抑制非边缘部分的噪声干扰,自适应调整滤波程度,得到更准确的边缘检测结果,最后利用霍夫曼变换检测镜片图像的圆心和切口位置信息,提高了组装效率和准确性。结果表明,该算法为镜头自动化组装提供了一种有效的解决方案,具有较高的实用价值。In order to improve the edge detection performance of lens images,increase the qualified rate of automated equipment assembly,a method based on adaptive bilateral filtering Canny operator detection is proposed.The bilateral filtering is used to process the image intensity changes to preserve edge information,and a weighted average is performed to remove noise,improve the edge details in the Canny operator detection image,suppress noise interference in non-edge areas,and then the filtering degree is adaptively adjusted to obtain more accurate edge detection results.Finally,the Huffman transformation is used to detect the center and incision position information of the lens image.The algorithm significantly improves the assembly efficiency and accuracy.The practical results of the equipment show that this algorithm provides an effective solution for lens automatic assembly equipment and has high practical value.
