摘 要:目的构建血液病患者PICC穿刺点渗血风险评估指标体系。方法采用德尔菲专家函询法和文献研究法,确定PICC穿刺点渗血风险因素并对其进行划分,构建PICC穿刺点渗血风险评估指标体系及各指标权重。结果2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数均为0.917,专家熟悉程度为0.852,肯德尔和谐系数为0.250。最终构建的血液病患者PICC穿刺点渗血风险评估指标体系包括一级指标4个,二级指标14个、三级指标33个。结论本研究构建的血液病患者PICC穿刺点渗血风险评估指标体系,评估内容较为全面,可提高临床医护人员对患者PICC穿刺点渗血的预测能力。Objective To construct an index system for evaluating the risk of bleeding at the peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)puncture point of patients with hematological diseases.Methods Delphi expert inquiry method and literature research method were used to determine and classify the risk factors of blood leakage at the PICC puncture point,and to construct the risk assessment index system of blood leakage at the PICC puncture point and the weight of each index.Results The effective recovery rate of 2 rounds of expert questionnaire was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.917,the expert familiarity was 0.852,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.250.The final evaluation index system of bleeding risk at PICC puncture point of patients with hematological diseases included 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 33 third-level indicators.Conclusion The risk assessment index system of PICC bleeding in patients with hematological diseases constructed in this study is relatively comprehensive assessment content,which can improve the ability of clinical medical staff to predict the bleeding at the patient's PICC puncture point.
