摘　　要：国有林场新型森林经营方案以生态文明建设为宗旨,以森林景观恢复为理念,以提升生态系统服务为目标,为探索新时期国有林场森林经营管理模式及国有林场可持续发展提供了科学指南。本文从新时期国有林场森林经营方案编制的重要性、新型森林经营方案的特点及新型森林经营方案的编制三个方面展开论述,进一步明确新型森林经营方案的科学编制与实施,积极推动国有林场践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念,有效提高国有林场森林经营水平,加快现代林业建设,实现可持续发展。Innovative forest management plan takes ecological civilization construction as purpose,forest landscape restoration as concept,and improving ecosystem services as goal.It provides an action guide for exploring forest management mode and sustainable development of state-owned forest farms in the new era.This paper deals with the importance of forest management plan for state-owned forest farm,the characteristics of innovative forest management plan and how to develop an innovative forest management plan.It is clear that the scientific development and implementation of innovative forest management plan will actively promote the state-owned forest farm to embrace the development concept of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,effectively improve forest management of state-owned forest farms,accelerate the construction of modern forestry,and achieve sustainable development.
