摘  要:管壳式换热器的隔板需要拉杆固定,《热交换器》(GB/T 151-2014)中,规定了管壳式换热器在不同筒身内径下,拉杆规格及数量的推荐选取值。分析和计算了一种纯凝低压加热器中拉杆规格及数量低于《热交换器》(GB/T 151-2014)给出推荐值的情况下拉杆的强度,论证拉杆数量低于标准给出推荐值时的可行性。The plates of shell and tube heat exchangers needs to be fixed with tie rods.The“Heat exchangers”(GB/T 151-2014)specifies the recommended selection values for the specification and quantity of pull rods for shell and tube heat exchangers under different cylinder inner diameters.This article analyzes and calculates the strength of the tie rods in a pure condensing low-pressure heater when the specification and quantity of the tie rods are lower than the recommended values given in the“Heat exchangers”(GB/T 151-2014),and demonstrates the feasibility of the number of tie rods being lower than the recommended values given in the standard.
