摘 要:在构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会的大背景下,传统路灯管理模式已无法满足新型智慧城市发展的需求,迫切需要建立一套科学化、现代化的路灯智能监控管理系统,以实现城市海量路灯设施的精细化管理,实时监控以及全方位分析。本文利用GIS、物联网等先进技术,搭建了基于GIS的路灯智能监控管理系统,实现了路灯的展示、控制、监测及预警等功能,有效地提高了路灯管理效率,降低了耗能,对智慧城市的发展起到了促进作用。Under the building a resource saving and environment friendly society's big background,the traditional street lamp management mode already cannot satisfy the needs of the development of the new smart city and it is an urgent need to establish a set of scientific,modernization,street lamp intelligent monitoring and management system to realize the elaborating management of urban mass street facilities,real-time monitoring and comprehensive analysis.Taking this as an opportunity,this paper uses GIS,Internet of Things and other advanced technologies to build a GIS-based intelligent monitoring and management system for street lamps,realizing the display,control,monitoring and early warning functions of street lamps,effectively improving the efficiency of street lamps management,reducing energy consumption and promoting the development of smart cities.
