摘 要:通过对基质添加不同体积比的生物炭,探索了生物炭对苦瓜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,添加生物炭提高了基质的容重、pH值和电导率值,降低了基质的总孔隙度;基质中添加体积比为10%~15%生物炭,可以显著提高苦瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、壮苗指数、叶绿素含量(SPAD值)以及净光合速率,促进苦瓜幼苗生长。当生物炭体积比达到15%时,相比对照组,株高增加34.84%,茎粗增加39.68%,壮苗指数增加24.31%,SPAD值增加7.91%,净光合速率增加17.47%。因此,使用生物炭替代草炭用于育苗基质,既可以培育壮苗,又有助于促进农业废弃物的资源化利用。The effects of biochar on the cultivation of momordica balsam seedlings were studied by adding different volume ratios of biochar to the substrate.The results showed that the addition of biochar increased the bulk density,pH and EC of the matrix,and decreased the total porosity of the matrix.The addition of 10%-15%biochar in the matrix could significantly increased the plant height,stem diameter,seedling strength index,chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of momordica baldica seedlings,and promoted the growth of Momordica charantia seedlings.When the biochar addition ratio reached 15%,the plant height,stem diameter,seedling index,SPAD and net photosynthetic rate increased by 34.84%,39.68%,24.31%,7.91%and 17.47%compared with the control group.Therefore,using biochar instead of peat as seedling substrate could not only cultivate strong seedlings,but also promote the utilization of agricultural waste resources.
