摘  要:地铁车辆上利用压缩空气驱动的设备很多,常用到管路等传递压缩空气,受周边多种部件布置位置变化、设备进出气口的朝向变化影响,地铁车辆制动管路常常需重新设计,难以通用,管路设计要考虑管接件的结构尺寸、被连接件的位置等。本文提出了规范化的管路设计流程,便于快速合理的进行管路布置设计,对于制造阶段出现的误差造成管路安装尺寸不匹配的问题设计了防错的改进工装,可快速生产出合适的管路,彻底解决因管路问题造成的流水线停滞,降低了反复返工的成本,为行业内管路设计提供借鉴。There’re many devices driven by compressed air in metro cars,so pipes are often used to transmit the compressed air.Due to changes in the layout of various components and different orientations of inlets and outlets of the devices,the brake pipes of metro cars often need to be redesigned due to low universality,and the structural dimensions of the pipe fittings and the position of the connected parts shall be taken into account in the pipe design.This article proposes a standardized pipe design process which allows rapid and reasonable design of pipe layout and works out an improved error-proofing tooling to solve the problem of mismatching installation dimensions of pipes caused by errors in manufacturing stage so that appropriate pipes can be produced quickly,thoroughly avoiding the suspension of production line due to pipe problems,reducing the costs of repetitive rework and providing a reference for the pipe design in the industry.
