25T型客车空调新风调节系统故障及优化措施研究

摘　　要：25T型客车在运用过程中多次发生新风门故障,造成新风调节功能失效,影响乘客乘坐舒适度。通过对YW25T型车安装的KLD45TD型空调机组新风调节装置的结构组成及工作原理分析,并通过新风调节系统误报故障现象和原因分析,得出发生新风门误报故障的原因为DC600 V电源装置电磁兼容特性不良产生较高的谐波干扰PLC 525线。最后利用电容器隔直通交的原理,在PLC 525端子与DC24 V负线之间并接无极性电容,提高了电路的稳定性,有效地消除了因DC600 V电源谐波含量高而产生的干扰电压所引起的新风调节系统误报故障。文中提到的处理方法已处理此类新风门故障10余起,均取得了较好的效果,为客车干扰类故障处理方面提供了新的思路和方法。The 25T passenger car has experienced multiple failures of the fresh air door during operation,resulting in the failure of the fresh air regulation function and affecting passenger comfort.The structural composition and working principle of the fresh air regulation device of the KLD45TD air conditioning unit installed on the YW25T type vehicle are analyzed.Through the analysis of the phenomena and causes of false alarms in the fresh air regulation system,it is concluded that the reason for false alarms of the fresh air door is the poor electromagnetic compatibility characteristics of the DC600 V power supply device,which generates high harmonic interference on the PLC 525 line.Finally,by using the principle of capacitors to isolate direct current and pass alternating current,a non-polar capacitor is connected between the PLC 525 terminal and the DC24 V negative line,which improves the stability of the circuit and effectively eliminates the false alarms of the fresh air regulation system caused by the interference voltage generated by the high harmonic content of the DC600 V power supply.The treatment methods mentioned in the paper have been applied to more than 10 cases of such fresh air door failures,and achieved good results,providing new ideas and methods for dealing with interference faults in passenger cars.
