周惠芳“形神观”辨治经间期出血所致不孕经验

摘　　要：周惠芳提出从“形神观”论治经间期出血所致不孕,认为本病病机为心肾不交、水火失济,是以经后期阴精不足、血海不能滋长,经间期不达重阴、热扰冲任,从而出现经间期出血、影响两精相合以致不孕。在治疗本病时,周惠芳在调周分期论治基础上,重视调心宁神,使神静则生水、水充则能制火,水火相互制约,避免火旺破血妄行,在临床上每获良效。Zhou Huifang proposes to treat infertility caused by intermenstrual bleeding from the viewpoint of“shape and spirit”.It is thought that the pathogenesis of this disease is mainly the disharmony of heart and kidney,the lack of water and fire,the inability to grow the sea of blood in the later period of menstruation,the deficiency of yin and essence;the failure to reach double yin in the intermenstrual period,and the bleeding in the intermenstrual period caused by heat disturbance could affect the combination of the two essence and infertility.In the treatment of this disease,Zhou Huifang attaches great importance to regulating the heart and calming the mind,based on the treatment of adjusting the stages of the disease,so that water will be generated when the spirit is quiet,and water can control fire when the water is filled,and water and fire restrict each other to prevent excessive fire from breaking through blood,achieving good efficacy in clinic.
