摘  要:根据新医科建设的理念和要求,以岗位胜任力为导向,基于成果导向教育教学理念创建中医诊断学课程“理论-实训-见习-实践”阶梯式混合教学模式,即30%线上学习、50%理论+实训、15%医院见习和5%实践考核。通过2年的教学实践,发现该教学模式符合学生主体、教师主导的教学规律,符合注重“能力和素质”培养的教学目标,教学效果好。According to the concept and requirements of the emerging medicine education,this study created a blended,step-by-step teaching mode of theory-practical training-internship-practice based on outcome based education for TCM diagnostics.That is,30%online learning,50%theory and practical training,15%hospital internship,5%practice assessment.A two-year of teaching practice shown that this teaching mode conforms to the teaching law of student-oriented and teacher-led teaching,and conforms to the teaching goal of focusing on the cultivation of“ability and quality”.According to this mode,good teaching effect has been achieved.
