摘 要:为研究在日粮中添加复合营养添加剂对临清狮猫生长性能、血液指标和免疫性能的影响,试验将体重相近[(4.29±1.06)kg]、健康状况良好的20只成年临清狮猫随机分成2组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只,对照组仅饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.10%复合营养添加剂,进行为期30 d的饲养试验,分别在试验开始时和试验结束当天测定各组生长性能(初体重、末体重、平均日采食量、采食率、平均日饮水量),试验结束当天测定血常规指标(白细胞数、淋巴细胞数、单核细胞数、粒细胞数、血红蛋白、血小板等)、血液生化指标(总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、葡萄糖含量及丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶活性)及免疫性能(总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛、IgA、IgM、IgG、IgD、IL-6含量)。结果表明:初体重无显著差异的情况下,在日粮中添加复合营养添加剂不会对宠物猫末体重、平均日采食量、采食率及平均日饮水量产生显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组宠物猫血液平均红细胞体积显著提高(P<0.05),红细胞分布宽度变异系数显著降低(P<0.05);血清总抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清中IgG、IgM、IgD含量显著提高(P<0.05)。说明在日粮中添加复合营养添加剂能够提高机体抗氧化能力和免疫性能。In order to study the effects of dietary supplementation with complex nutrient additives on growth performance,blood indexes and immune performance of Linqing Lion cats,in the experiment,twenty adult Linqing Lion cats with similar body weights[(4.29±1.06)kg]and good health condition were randomly divided into two groups with 10 replicates in each group and one cat in each replicate.The control group was fed only the basal diet,and the experimental group was supplemented with 0.10%complex nutrient additives to the basal diet;the feeding trial was conducted for 30 d.The growth performance of each group was measured at the beginning of the experiment and on the day of the end of the trial.Growth performance(initial body weight,final body weight,average daily feed intake,feed intake rate,average daily water intake)of each group was measured at the beginning of the experiment and on the day of the end of the experiment,respectively.On the day of the end of the experiment,routine blood indexes(white blood cell count,lymphocyte count,monocyte count,granulocyte count,hemoglobin,platelets,etc.),blood biochemical indexes(total protein,albumin,globulin,creatinine,urea nitrogen,glucose content,and alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase activities)and immune properties(total antioxidant capacity,superoxide dismutase activity and malondialdehyde,IgA,IgM,IgG,IgD,IL-6 content)were measured.The results showed that the addition of complex nutrient additives to the diet did not significantly affect the pet cats’final body weight,average daily feed intake,feed rate,and average daily water intake in the absence of significant differences in initial body weight(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the average blood erythrocyte volume of pet cats in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the coefficient of variation of erythrocyte distribution width was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the total antioxidant capacity of the serum was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the level of malondialdehyde
