摘 要:聚乳酸具有抗菌性能优良、生物可降解、生物相容性好以及成本低等优点,在医学和包装领域应用广泛。在聚乳酸中添加抗菌剂是拓宽聚乳酸应用领域的一个重要方式。文章从流延成膜法、静电纺丝法和3D打印法等方面介绍了典型抗菌性聚乳酸复合膜的制备方法,从无机抗菌剂、有机抗菌剂、天然抗菌剂等方面介绍抗菌性聚乳酸复合膜的种类,总结了近年来抗菌性聚乳酸复合膜在食品包装和伤口敷料领域的发展。研究表明:不同的制备方法对聚乳酸复合膜的抗菌性能有不同的影响,3D打印法与静电纺丝法是未来抗菌性聚乳酸复合膜制备的发展方向。将聚乳酸与不同的抗菌剂复合,均具有优良的抗菌性能,可根据实际需要,灵活选择抗菌剂。Polylactic acid has the advantages of excellent antibacterial properties,biodegradability,good biocompatibility,and low cost,and is widely used in the fields of medicine and packaging.The addition of antimicrobial agents to polylactic acid is an important way to broaden the application field of polylactic acid.In this paper,the preparation methods of typical antibacterial polylactic acid composite films are introduced from the aspects of cast film formation,electrospinning,and 3D printing.From the aspects of inorganic antimicrobial agents,organic antimicrobial agents,and natural antibacterial agents,the types of antibacterial polylactic acid composite films are introduced.This paper summarizes the development of antibacterial polylactic acid composite film in the field of food packaging and wound dressings in recent years.The results show that different preparation methods have different effects on the antibacterial properties of polylactic acid composite films,and 3D printing and electrospinning are the development directions for the preparation of antibacterial polylactic acid composite films in the future.Polylactic acid is compounded with different antibacterial agents,all of which have excellent antibacterial properties,and antibacterial agents can be flexibly selected according to actual needs.
