摘　　要：随着时代的发展和科技的进步,在食品、啤酒、饮料等企业的生产过程中,箱体包装码垛发挥着重要的作用。本文介绍了全自动双箱正反面叠层码垛机械的主要组成及结构,分析了如何实现更高效的双箱包装码垛工艺,并着重阐述了旋转输送机构、升降输送机构、旋转包夹机构、重载移动平台等结构的组成和工作原理。解决了正反面叠层码垛的技术难题,改变了传统人工搬运模式,提高了码垛作业的效率和质量。With the development of the times and the advancement of technology,box packaging and stacking play an important role in the production process of food,beer,beverage and other enterprises.This article introduces the main components and structures of the fully automatic double box front and back Laminating and stacking machinery,analyzes how to achieve more efficient double box packaging and stacking processes,and focuses on the composition and working principles of structures such as rotary conveying mechanism,lifting conveying mechanism,rotary package clamping mechanism,and heavy-duty moving platform.Solved the technical problem of Laminating and stacking front and back,changed the traditional manual handling mode,and improved the efficiency and quality of stacking operations.
