摘　　要：县域经济作为国民经济的基本单元,支撑其发展的特色产业集群竞争力的构建是关键。从国家竞争优势理论出发,重构以竞争力为核心的“县域钻石模型”,并构建县域特色产业集群竞争力定性评价指标体系,采用定性文本分析的方式解读改革开放以来高阳县纺织产业集群的发展历程。验证了以生产要素、需求条件、产业集群创新生态系统和政府有为4个关键因素以及市场环境和知识产权保护2个营商环境为辅助因素的“县域钻石模型”的适用性,为高阳县域经济发展提供参考。As the basic unit of the national economy,the construction of the competitiveness of characteristic industrial clusters that support its development is crucial.Starting from the theory of national competitive advantage,reconstruct the"County Diamond Model"with competitiveness as the core,and construct a qualitative evaluation index system for the competitiveness of industrial clusters.Use qualitative text analysis to interpret the development process of Gaoyang county's textile industry cluster since the reform and opening up.Verified the applicability of the"County Diamond Model"with four key factors of production factors,demand conditions,industrial cluster innovation ecosystem,and government empowerment,as well as two business environments of market environment and intellectual property protection as auxiliary factors,and proposed constructive suggestions for the economic development of Gaoyang county.
