摘 要:为提高低压直流供电系统控制电缆绝缘电阻监测的准确度,本文在研究实际控制电缆杂散参数有限元计算方法的基础上,提出通过主动延时来剔除杂散参数影响的控制电缆绝缘电阻监测方法。首先,通过有限元对实际控制电缆进行仿真建模,得到绝缘监测关注频段(0~10 kHz)内的实际控制电缆杂散参数;然后,将杂散参数代入某变电站电缆绝缘监测系统的PSCAD仿真模型,分析杂散参数引发的不平衡电桥测量电压振荡进而导致绝缘电阻监测误差问题;最后,提出通过主动延时以剔除杂散参数影响的绝缘电阻监测方法。该方法能够躲过因杂散参数导致的绝缘电阻监测不准而导致的误报事故,具有一定的工程实际意义。To improve the accuracy of insulation resistance monitoring of control cable in a low-voltage DC power supply system,based on the study of finite element calculation method for the stray parameters of an actual control cable,a monitoring method for the insulation resistance of control cable is proposed,which eliminates the influence of stray parameters through active delay.The actual control cable is simulated and modeled through finite element analysis,and the stray parameters of the actual control cable within the insulation monitoring frequency range(0—10 kHz)are obtained.The stray parameters are introduced into the PSCAD simulation model of one substation cable insulation monitoring system,and the insulation resistance monitoring errors caused by unbalanced bridge measurement voltage oscillation due to stray parameters are analyzed.On this basis,the insulation resistance monitoring method is put forward by eliminating the influence of stray parameters through active delay.This method can avoid false alarm accidents caused by inaccurate insulation resistance monitoring due to stray parameters,and has certain engineering significance in practice.
