双胍类降糖药物对2型糖尿病治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析在2型糖尿病患者中采用双胍类降糖药物治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年3—10月临沂市兰山区第三医院收治的90例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采取瑞格列奈片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用二甲双胍片治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及血脂水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 双胍类降糖药物用于治疗2型糖尿病,可进一步提高血糖控制效果,并且能够降低患者血脂水平,从而能够获得更加理想的治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of biguanide in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The 90 pa-tients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Lanshan District Third Hospital from March to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases each.The control group was treated with repaglinide tablets,and the observation group added metformin tablets to the control group,compared the treatment effect between the two groups.Results After treatment,the postprandial blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the total response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of biguanide hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients can further improve the blood glucose control effect and reduce the blood lipid level of patients,so as to obtain more ideal treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
