摘 要:目的 分析营养均衡饮食疗法在妊娠糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, GDM)患者产后护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年7月—2023年6月于曹县人民医院分娩的GDM患者90例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组采取常规产后护理+常规饮食指导,研究组在对照组基础上采用营养均衡饮食疗法进行产后护理。对比两组血糖值、主观整体营养评估(Subjective Global Assessment,SGA)与生活质量评价量表(Short Form 36 Questionnaire, SF-36)评分,以及护理满意度。结果 干预后,与对照组结果对比,研究组餐后2 h及空腹血糖值、SGA分值更低,SF-36分值更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组产后相比,研究组护理总满意率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 营养均衡饮食疗法在GDM患者产后护理中具有较为理想的应用效果,能够稳定控制血糖,改善机体的营养状态,且提高了护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of nutritional balanced diet therapy in the postpartum care of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 90 GDM patients who gave birth in Caoxian People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine postpartum care+routine diet guidance,and the research group received balanced diet therapy on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose levels,Subjective Global Assessment(SGA)and Short Form 36 Questionnaire(SF-36)scores,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and SGA scores in the study group were lower,and the SF-36 scores were higher,the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Com-pared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional balanced diet therapy has ideal application effect in postpar-tum care of GDM patients,which can stabilize the control of blood glucose,improve the nutritional status of the body,and improve the satisfaction of care.
