健康信念结合标准化饮食护理在2型糖尿病肥胖患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 研究分析2型糖尿病肥胖患者接受健康信念结合标准化饮食护理的效果。方法 选取2023年1—8月南京市江宁医院收治的98例2型糖尿病肥胖患者为研究对象。以随机数表法分为常规护理组(n=49)和联合护理组(n=49)。分别在护理前、后,统计两组空腹血糖(Fasting Plasma Glucose, FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour Postprandial Glucose, 2 hPG)、三酰甘油、血清总胆固醇水平。结果两组患者接受护理前的FPG、2 hPG、三酰甘油、血清总胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,两组FPG、2 hPG、三酰甘油、血清总胆固醇水平均出现下降,且联合护理组指标水平与常规护理组相比更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 通过健康信念结合标准化饮食护理模式对2型糖尿病肥胖患者进行干预能够有效改善其血糖水平,可降低患者的血脂水平,效果理想。Objective To investigate the effect of receiving health beliefs combined with standardized diet care in obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 98 obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Nanjing Jiangning hospital between January and August 2023.The patients were randomly divided into routine nurs-ing group(n=49)and combined nursing group(n=49).The fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glu-cose(2 hPG),triglyceride and serum total cholesterol levels of the two groups were measured before and after nursing.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of FPG,2 hPG,triglyceride and serum total cholesterol between two groups before receiving nursing care(all P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,tri-glyceride and serum total cholesterol were decreased in both groups,and the index level of the combined care group were lower than that of the usual care group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Health beliefs combined with standardized diet nursing mode can effectively improve the level of blood glucose in obese patients with type 2 diabetes and reduce the level of blood lipids,with ideal results.
