摘　　要：火针作为传统中医外治疗法之一,治疗皮肤病历史悠久,技术成熟。随着皮肤病治疗技术的发展,现多采用火针与其他疗法联合治疗常见皮肤病。本文综述了火针及火针联合疗法在治疗瘙痒性皮肤病、感染性疾病、皮肤附属器疾病及色素异常性皮肤病的相关临床研究,该疗法应用广泛,疗效确切。As one of the external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine,fire needle has a long history and mature technology in the treatment of skin diseases.With the development of treatment techniques of skin disease,fire needle and other therapies are often used to treat common skin diseases.This paper reviews the clinical studies on the treatment of itchy skin diseases,infectious diseases,diseases of skin appendages and pigmentary skin diseases with fire needle and fire needle combination therapy,suggesting that it is widely used and effective.
