摘  要:红外偏振光可通过直接照射痛点、神经丛与穴位,发挥改善局部血液循环、促进血管扩张、加快致痛物质代谢等作用,广泛应用于疼痛性疾病的治疗。红外偏振光可缓解伤害性疼痛(躯体性疼痛、内脏痛)、神经病理性疼痛和癌痛,其中以在躯体性疼痛、神经病理性疼痛治疗中应用最为广泛。红外偏振光干预疼痛以临床研究为主,存在客观指标不足、操作规范化欠缺、机制探讨不充分等不足,有待进一步研究,以规范应用、阐述机制,并进一步提高临床疗效。Infrared polarized light can directly irradiate pain points,nerve plexus and acupoints,play a role in improving local blood circulation,promoting vasodilation,accelerating the metabolism of pain-causing substances,etc.,and is widely used in the treatment of painful diseases.Infrared polarized light can relieve nociceptive pain(somatic pain,visceral pain),neuropathic pain and cancer pain,among which in the treatment of somatic pain and neuropathic pain is the most widely used.The intervention of pain by infrared polarized light is mainly in the clinical research,and there are shortcomings such as insufficient objective indicators,lack of standardized operation,and insufficient mechanism discussion.Further research is needed to standardize the application,elaborate the mechanism,and further improve the clinical efficacy.
